Both love and lust are there. Here just the lust aspect of lust is being talked about. Lust and love ideally should both be present in a harmonious romantic relationship. Just like a fire emits both light as well as heat. You can't seperate one from the other.
Absolutely sex must be a by-product of love. Not the main focus, I agree. Sex is a natural by-product of love.
Actually I didn't reply cause some poems are based on imagination, some based on different real life scenarios, some a mixture of all of the above. So while these poems do apply to my real life. They do so, in a wierd symbolic, very abstract way. And I would just drive everyone mad, trying to explain it over a text/comment. 😭😭
